Terms & Conditions
1. Intro Offers & Promotions
• For new Limber Co. clients only. Valid for the offer days after first booking. Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended.
• Clients found purchasing the intro more than once will be suspended and charged for any extra sessions used.
2. Class Packs
• 5 Packs: Valid for 2 months from the purchase date.
• 10 Packs: Valid for 4 months from the purchase date.
• Packs activate on the date of purchase and are not auto-renewable — you’ll be prompted to repurchase when your pack runs low.
• Extensions only available for injury/illness with a medical certificate from a physiotherapist or doctor.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Credits are returned if the class is cancelled at least 4 hours before start time (12 hours on weekends and public holidays).
3. Memberships - All have 12 week commitment.
Unlimited Club Membership
• Auto-renewed and charged fortnightly.
• Up to 2 classes per day: 1 Pilates/Barre + 1 Yoga.
• Only 1 class per day on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and single-client use only.
Compact Membership
• Access to 2 group classes per week plus extra x1 lunch or stretch class.
• Credits last 7 days from signup and do not roll over to next week if arent used.
• Auto-renewed and charged weekly.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and single-client use only.
Combo Membership
• Includes 1 semi-private, 1 group class, and 1 lunch/limber up class per week.
• Auto-renewed and charged fortnightly.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and single-client use only.
Limber Chill Membership
• Access to 1 class per week.
• Credits do not roll over.
• Auto-renewed and charged weekly.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and single-client use only.
4. Late Cancellations & No Shows
• Cancel or reschedule your class at least 3 hours in advance to retain your credit. if you no show or late cancel twice in 7 days you get $10 fee
• For public holidays, we require 12 hours’ notice.
• No Show or Late Cancel twice in a 7-day period results in an automatic account block.
5. Membership Suspension & cancels
We know life happens—whether it’s a holiday, an injury, or illness—and sometimes you need to take a break from your membership. Here’s how it works:
Pausing your membership
To pause message us via the Limber co app.
You can pause your membership after your 3-month minimum commitment period.
Pauses are for holidays, long-term illness, or injury (a doctor’s note may be required).
You can pause for a minimum of 7 days and max of 8 weeks per year free of charge.
Pausing your membership mid-cycle is ok. The system will prorated on your return. To request a pause please message us on Limber co app with at least 7 days’ notice beforehand.
To cancel a membership:
Please email hello@limberco.com.au . we will call to process the cancellation. Note that We will need to take 1 more remaining payment after notice. You can attend in that period. Cancels can only be done after the 12 week commitment period.
6. Courses & Workshops
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time to receive a class credit or refund.
• For multi-week courses such as Mum & Bubs, missed sessions can be made up by attending a regular class, credited as a single class credit, usable during the course.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be refunded for change of mind, illness, or other personal reasons.
7. Bookings
• Book via the Limber Co. app or website, up to 14 days in advance.
• Late arrivals (5+ minutes) may be refused entry and will forfeit the session.
8. Waitlists
• Up to 4 clients per waitlist.
• Notifications sent via email/app. First on list is automatically added.
• If you’re on the waitlist, you may be added into class up to 30 minutes before start.
• Standard cancellation rules apply to all waitlist bookings.
9. Studio Rules & Ages
• Babies/toddlers can only attend the 10:15am sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Teens must attend with an adult or provide written consent.
• No children allowed in Yin Yoga or limber up classes.
• Parents are responsible for their child’s safety.
• Please be considerate of other class participants.
10. Promotions & Photography
Let us know if you do not want to be featured in studio photos or videos.
By signing up, you agree to receive Limber Co. emails and updates (unsubscribe anytime).
Yearly Upfront passes pricing options activate on January 1 and expire on December 31 of the year of purchase. The allocated monthly classes will expire at the end of each calendar month. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
11. Transactions
• Memberships are billed by direct debit every fortnight.
• Failed payments will retry up to 3 times; if still unsuccessful, your account will be restricted.
• Transaction fees: 2% for direct debit, 3.5% for credit card.
• All prices include GST.
12. Discounts
We offer 10% student and senior discount. We need to see your student card and over 60”s get a 10 discount.
13. General Terms
• Limber Co. reserves the right to change teachers, classes, timetables, and events without notice.
• Terms and conditions may be updated — continued participation implies agreement.
14. Privacy Policy
• Your personal information is safely stored and not shared without your permission.
