We offer 10% discount for students and seniors over 60 years young. Please email us your concession cards.

Perfect for those who can attend only a few times a week. Whats included?

-x2 full length group classes (chair, full mat, yoga , barre) per week.

-x1 Limber up OR Lunch express class per week.
