Limber Pilates

An essential movement foundation. These classes emphasize precision, alignment, breath, centring, and control, fostering mind-body connection and positive movement patterns. Immerse yourself in a blend of Pilates and modern movement repertoire, guided by exports who will elevate your practice with hands-on precision, articulate cues, imagery and dynamic demonstrations.

Duration: Classes vary from 45 minutes to 30 minute express classes.

Please wear grip socks for chair classes.

Injuries/niggles and pregnancy:

You will also see on your profile waiver and terms. Please sign these before attending your first class. Please also inform us if you have any injuries or niggles such as: prolapse, oesteoperosis, scoliosis, disk bulge, arthritis, knee issues are post natal (up to 2 years) or pregnant. There are some classes we don’t allow pregnant clients to attend so please contact us.

    Limber Strength is a fusion of Pilates and strength training. A full body dynamic workout that will leave you feeling empowered!

    Signature Limber class is designed to take you on a journey through the 4 elements to align, liberate, empower and sooth your entire being from temple to toe. This class fuses mat pilates with modern movement sequences to awaken your inner energy source and strength.

  • Limber chair

    Limber Chair isn’t just a class; it’s an experience. Dive into a session blending the mat, Swiss ball, and the Pilates chair, sculpting a workout that’s as exhilarating as it is effective. Challenge yourself with varying spring tensions, building balance, coordination, strength, and mobility in ways you’ve never imagined.

    Level: We strongly advise newbies to Pilates to attend an IC or mat classes before attending chair. We also have some Intro to chair videos on our Limber Co app.

  • LimBarre

    Limbarre is as low impact , but high intensity dynamic & dance inspired workout that will lift your heart rate and energy. Move to the beat, whilst focusing on control, grace, and alignment. A perfect blend that will work on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular system. Leave feeling ALIVE!

  • Limber stretch & release

    Limber stretch & release

    This is the perfect class if you are suffering with stiffness, have lack of flexibility and mobility or need to recover post workout. We use foam rollers, trigger balls and bands to aid you through limbering up.

    Every Wednesday 7:30pm BUT last wednesday of the month due to breathwork.

  • Lunch time express

    Join us mid day for a quick 30 minute mat pilates / barre / chair movement snack that will get the blood pumping, spine moving and give your body the energising lift it needs for the rest of your work day.

  • Limber For Life

    A class that invites anyone over 55 looking to move in a way that is safe, beneficial and enjoyable.

    This class is low impact and includes a mixture of pilates mat and standing exercises to help with balance, increase mobility, build strength and confidence. This class is deemed safe for anyone suffering with osteoporosis, osteopenia or spinal issues.

  • Limber Lads

    This is the yin and yang of classes. A perfect blend of strengthening and stretching. Working on posture, core strength, mobility and flexibility. A class that will focus on exercises and techniques which cater to the needs and strengths of the male physiology.

    While this class is tailored to the male anatomical and muscular body we want to emphasize that it is inclusive and welcoming to all. sis, trans, non-bionary folx.

Limber Yoga

A transformative practice that harmonises body and mind through a combination of physical postures, breath control, and meditation. It's your time to be free and lose yourself in movement, discovering a journey of self-discovery, enhanced flexibility, and inner peace.

If you are attending a HEATED vinyasa class please bring a sweat towel or your own mat.

Duration: Classes vary from 50 minutes to 75 minutes long.

    HEATED VIN TO YIN

    Energize and unwind with this yin and yang class. Start with a strong and dynamic vinyasa flow, then transition into blissful stretches to release any tension or unwanted stress. This class is perfect for giving your body a nourishing awakening and finishing with the peace and stretch it needs.

    Limber Unfurl is a harmonious fusion of yin and embodied movement. Combining deep stretches, intuitive movement, and somatic approaches to enhance mind-body connection and open up new dimensions of healing, connection and self-discovery.

    HEATED VINYASA

    An invigorating and dynamic vinyasa class where deliberate movement and synchronized breathing unite to create a powerful, energising yoga practice. This class masterfully balances strength and flexibility, ensuring your body, mind, and spirit achieve perfect harmony.

Limber Breath work

Limber breathe classes are our breathwork classes held by local breath work specialist Jackson.

Starting May 29th and continuing every last Wednesday of the month: 7:30-8:30pm
